We had a telephone call from a woman who required to learn exactly where her husband was. He had left her along with the youngsters but had not given her a forwarding address. She told us that though he came to see their kids when a week he didn’t give her any cash for them and without having an address for him she could not give his particulars towards the CSA. He had changed his job when he left and she did not know exactly where he was working now. The only time she knew exactly where he was was when he came to see the youngsters.
