We had been contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for an additional woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to uncover out exactly where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband initial left he was quite sad and apologetic as he felt that soon after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t feel he loved her any far more. He stated he needed time apart and did not wish to tell her exactly where he was going. He took a large amount of dollars out of their joint bank account which he stated he necessary to set himself up in a new location to live.
Whilst waiting for her husband to return their relationship began to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less cash into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was very strange behaviour for him and entirely out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may possibly have yet another woman as a similar factor had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could assist as we had helped her inside the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and found the address he was living at and that there was another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name and the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just right after he had left our client.
We had been able to supply our client with all the evidence she required to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that right after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had almost certainly been getting an affair with this woman for numerous years. She is now prepared to move on with her new life.
